New Patient Treatment
Upon booking the appointment you will receive a link to fill out a new patient intake form. At the start of the appointment, we will discuss all the issues you have come in for treatment. We will then run any necessary manual muscle and range of motion tests, take your pulses and evaluate your tongue. Then you will get a rundown of the planned treatment. From here we will do all any necessary bodywork and acupuncture. After this is all done we will briefly talk about the treatment strategy going forward.

After each treatment, I can provide you a “superbill” that has all of the correct codes for you to submit to your insurance and if you are covered they will reimburse you.
